The Company is a leading independent retail pharmacy offering prescrip on (94% of FYE 2020 sales) and over the counter (OTC) medica ons (2%), medical equipment (1%), mastectomy products (1%), and others (2%). It offers drive-thru services for a fast and convenient way to drop off and pick up prescrip ons, as well as free local delivery at the customer's request. During FYE 2020, the Company processed 80,988 new prescrip ons and 62,219 refills. The Company supports the prescrip on needs of the general public residing in the immediate and surrounding areas, primarily within a 10-mile radius from the store, and fills approximately 2,800 to 3,000 prescrip ons per week. The payer mix during FYE 2020 comprised Medicare (39% of sales), private insurance (all types, 32%), Medicaid (15%), and private pay/cash (14%).
