Qualifications: The Company's retail capabilities, strategic geographic location, product availability, and integrated operating systems are designed to provide customers with a broad base of farm equipment solu- tions. Modest Ongoing Capital Investment Requirements: Management does not expect significant investments in capital assets to be required over the pro forma period. Going forward, management anticipates capital expenditures to range between $5,000 and $12,000, indexed for inflation, per year for various equipment purchases and leasehold improvements.
