The Company, founded in the late 90's, provides aircra maintenance, inspec ons, and repairs for a variety of corporate or privately owned jets and turbo props. Its technicians have over 50 years of combined Garre trained experience on TPE 331 – 1 thru 12 turboprop engines. The Company is a FAA cer fied repair sta on and provides services for mul ple airframes including Westwind, Cessna, Mitsubishi, Beechjet, and Jet Stream. It is the only cer fied repair sta on and turbine repair shop with avionic capabili es at the airport where it is located. The Company maintains a base of approximately 50 ac ve customers, and almost 100% of revenue comes from recurring ac ve customer orders. Overall, its established customer base is a strong asset that contributes to stability and presents opportuni es for revenue growth. In addi on, no single customer represents more than 12% of the Company's revenue. It employs 14 full- me including the ac ve shareholder.
