Typical services include concrete forming, pouring, and finishing; concrete formwork fabrication; architectural formwork with custom‐engineered formwork; excavation services; and consultation with construction managers, general contractors, soil consultants, structural engineers, and other specialty contractors in design/reengineering. The Company typically works with large contractors or construction managers (approximately 50% in recent years) and developers (50%). It has project experience in all industrial and commercial sectors. In recent years, the project mix comprised mid‐rise and high‐rise residential (50% of sales) and industrial, commercial, institutional, and civil (50%) sectors. Operations are conducted from one headquarters facility which comprises 4,000 square feet for offices, a 5,000‐square foot warehouse, and ample room for vehicles and material storage, on 2.5 acres.
