The Company is an audio and video (A/V) systems integrator of audio, video, and data products, with extensive experience in the design and installa on of educa onal collabora on technology, corporate conference rooms, video walls, video projec on systems, interac ve mediated rooms, cloud-based phone and video systems, and custom collabora ve solu ons. It also designs, manufactures, and sells various types of camera mounts. During 2019, the Company's customer markets were K-12 schools (34% of sales), colleges and universi es (32%), business and medical (25%), governmental organiza ons (7%), and religious organiza ons (2%). It has over 50 ac ve clients and a client list of at least 400 entries. The Company operates from two office/warehouse facili es (12,000 and 3,000 square feet, respec vely), and is currently staffed by 24 full- me employees, including 7 installa on technicians, 6 sales associates, 5 administra on associates, 3 engineering technicians, and 3 service technicians.
