The Company serves new home construc on (85% of 2019 sales), home remodeling (10%), and commercial (5%) contractors and buildings, and has over 100 ac ve contractor clients. The Company has two loca ons: its 125,000-square foot main facility consists of a 45,000-square foot showroom and offices, a 54,000-square foot door and window shop, a 9,100-square foot cabinet shop, a 16,700-square foot maintenance facility, as well as seven storage buildings and sheds for building materials consis ng of an aggregate 23,000 square feet. These buildings are on approximately 7.5 acres. The second loca on, a truss plant, is 32,000 square feet on 12 acres. These facili es and real estate are owned by the Company.
