The Company is a technology solu ons provider featuring three departments that overlap to create a basic technology solu on for customers revolving around sales, services, and support. The three divisions focus on informa on technology, communica ons cabling, and telephone systems. Revenue is generated from a mix of the Company's product and service offerings: IT parts (33% of 2019 sales), IT labor (32%), communica ons cable labor (15%), communica ons cable parts (10%), telecom parts (5%), and telecom labor (5%). The Company serves the healthcare (42% of 2019 sales), government (22%), service (19%), financial (9%), and real estate (8%) clients in the region, and has approximately 400 ac ve clients and a client list of over 3,400. It offers excellent service quality to clients, which drives word-of-mouth referrals and repeat business from customers.
