The Company is a for hire bulk liquid general chemicals, hazardous materials, hazardous waste, and food grade product transporter. It currently generates revenue from seven main segments: Ethanol (28% of 2019 revenue), Petroleum - Bulk (27% ), Hazardous Waste (13%), General Chemicals (11%), Food Grade (6%), Petroleum—Non- Hazardous (6%), Racing Fuel (6%), and Petroleum - Retail (3%). The Company focuses on picking up and delivering on- me with a high quality of service to customers within the 48 con guous states, focusing on the Midwest US. Many of the customers that the Company supports are na onal corpora ons that have requirements for interstate transport of hazardous materials. The Company operates from a 6,000-square foot facility, which is u lized as both office and warehouse space, and is located on a spacious property that offers the ability for fluid expansion to con nue fulfilling demand.
