The Company is a well-established re service center and provider of automo ve repair services, opera ng two loca ons that are approximately 30 miles apart. It stocks res for passenger vehicles, light trucks, as well as medium trucks and commercial vehicles such as cement trucks, dump trucks, and other commercial equipment. The Company also offers automo ve maintenance and repair services, including brake service, alignments, tune ups, air condi oning service, oil changes, and wheel alignment. Further, it manufactures retread truck res, which provide a cost-effec ve solu on to commercial customers, and helps the Company differen ate itself in the market. During 2020, revenue was generated from commercial (77% of sales) and retail (23%) customer markets. The Company's database comprises over 7,500 customers (over 3,300 ac ve), and management es mates that 95% of revenue emanates from repeat business.
