The Company is a privately-owned franchise mi ga on contractor providing residen al and commercial emergency services and full structural repairs following water, mold, fire, smoke, and storm damage. Its office, support, and field staff all go through rigorous training and hold industry-leading cer fica ons through the Ins tute of Inspec on, Cleaning and Restora on Cer fica on (IICRC). With the Company's team of highly-trained technicians, it is able to repair and restore any kind of property. The market mix in recent years has averaged 70% residen al and 30% commercial. Incoming calls come through both property owners, third-party administrators (TPAs) or insurance companies, and referrals through its franchise network. The Company has established rela onships with 80 insurers either directly or through TPAs for whom it is a preferred provider. It operates from a 12,500-square foot facility comprising corporate offices and administra on, warehouse, equipment storage, and employee areas.
