The Company is a leading supplier of branded and private label apple cider. While it has been producing apple cider for over 70 years, the Company has since expanded into other juices and apple cider related products. It markets a fresh, premium "farm market" quality product in superior packaging. Cider and juices are cold pressed and cold bo led with no sugar or corn syrup added, and are gluten free. Consistent product quality differen ates the Company in the market. The Company primarily sells its products in grocery stores (62% of sales in 2020), club stores (17%), and other stores (21%) located in the Midwest (88% of sales in 2020) and Southeast US (12%). It operates from a plant and warehouse collec vely comprising nearly 18,000 square feet on 2.5 acres. It is currently staffed by 3 full- me and 4 part- me employees, plus approximately 12 workers during the Company's annual busy season of late August through Thanksgiving. Client #64269
