The Company offers a wide range of full-service sewer and drain soluons for its customers. Municipal and industrial clients prefer innovave trenchless technologies because they are much less disrupve than tradional pipe repair methods. As a result, the Company offers Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining (CIPP) soluons, as well as liner reinstatement services. It also provides municipal maintenance planning services, and new construcon inspecons to subdivisions. The Company's primary customer markets are municipalies (52% of 2019 sales), site ulity contractors (23%), and CIPP installaon companies (16%). It has a client base comprised of 500+ acve accounts with a 55% rate of repeat business. The Company operates from a 10,000-square foot office facility which is located near several highways for ease of access to and from the office.
