The Company's primary customer markets are school districts (68% of 2022 Revenue) and retail store sales (32%). The Company's footprint spans over 72,000 sq. ft. of total retail and warehouse space. Management has built an exceptional organization capable of sustaining projected growth. INVESTMENT APPEAL • Scalable Operation — The Company can easily scale its business model to cultivate more recurring customers, and maintains fixed operating expenditures so future revenue growth will greatly improve profitability. Any increase in revenue will not result in meaningful changes to projected operating expenses. • Strong Base Year Performance: The Company's revenue is projected to reach $9,000,000 in 2023. The Company's EBITDA, a key indicator of financial performance, is projected to reach $477,000 in 2022 (5.3% of sales). • Decreasing Operating Expenses: Operating expenses have been trending lower, decreasing as a percent of sales from 31.4% in 2020 to 30.7% in 2022.
