The Company serves event producers (70% of revenue in 2021), meeting planners (20%) and various facilities or businesses (10%). In operation for over 25 years, the Company has developed a broad set of capabilities and has completed work on a variety of projects. The majority of revenue is generated from the Company's local market (99%). However, the Company has the history and capability to service customers outside of its immediate geographic region. Historically, the Company has been able to transition its business to serve both the in-person events and virtual/hybrid events. The Company provides services for corporate events, non-profit events, social events, and various gatherings. Moving forward, The Company expects to bring on more clients utilizing its digital and virtual event services, further diversifying its customer markets and geographic footprint. The Company possesses the equipment and expertise to set up and monitor a customer's complete audio visual requirements. • Virtual/Digital Capabilities: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company invested in virtual conference servicing technology to meet customers demand for digital engagement. In 2021, 10% of revenue stemmed from virtual events. • Multi-State Reach: While the Company primarily services the local market, Management notes that the Company was contracted to deliver products and services across the country prior to the pandemic.
