The Company operates as a full-service commercial (72% of 2020
revenue) and residen al (28%) plumbing contractor. It provides a
variety of services, including fixture replacement and repair, water
and sewer line services, water heater repair and replacement,
downspout cleaning, sump pump replacement, drain cleaning,
hydro je ng, gas and water line installa on, video camera
inspec on, and other complementary services. The Company is
well-known in the regional markets, and has an excellent
reputa on for client service and on- me comple on of projects.
The Company operates through three internal profit centers: commercial projects (75% of 2020 revenue),
plumbing service (22%), and other solu ons (4%). In addi on, approximately 80% of revenue comes from
new construc on projects, and 20% from remodeling engagements. It operates from a 2,000-square foot
office and shop facility, and is currently staffed by 19 full- me and 1 part- me employees.
