Intermodal services include: on-forwarding services, extended domestic intermodal, warehousing, and order fulfillment. Air freight services include: e-commerce logistics, purchase order tracking, and project cargo. Value-added services include: hot-shot transport, product warehousing, loading palletized cargo, floor transload, and crating service. In 2022, revenue was derived from ocean (70%), trucking (20%), and air (10%) freight transportation services. INVESTMENT BANK OF THE YEAR 2017 - 2018 - 2022 INVESTMENT APPEAL • Superior Name & Reputation — The Company has built an excellent name and reputation with its customers. The Company's industry expertise, range of services, and competitive pricing in a high-demand industry has garnered many longstanding client relationships. • Proprietary Software — The Company utilities its own proprietary software that allows the user to select the best routes and rates for a shipment and allows customers to track and trace loads in real time. • Strong Client Relationships — The Company has many longstanding client relationships and a high rate of repeat of business. For example, the top two clients based on revenue generated in 2022 have been doing business with the Company for 13 and 12 years, respectively. • Strong Historical Sales Growth — Revenue grew at a 40% CAGR while earnings as measured by EBITDA also grew at a 40% CAGR between 2020 and 2022. • Profit Percentage is Above Industry Benchmarks — The Company's 11.1% pre-tax profit margin in 2022 was well above the 4.8% industry benchmark for similar revenue-sized firms.
