The Company delivers over 1.0 million gallons annually. Customer accounts include over 800 lease tank customers and over 400 "keep full" customers. In 2023, revenue consisted of residential (84%), commercial (10%), cylinder gas (3%), and labor/parts/tank rent (3%). INVESTMENT APPEAL • Superior Name and Reputation: The Company enjoys a long-standing reputation for supplying quality service and superior customer support. • Diversified Customer Base: Over the historical period, the Company experienced no significant customer concentration. The diversified base of over 2,000 total customers helps ensure that the Company will not be significantly impacted by the loss of a single account. • Recession-Resistant Industry: Due to the nature of the retail propane industry the Company is not cyclical with the economy. Customers use the service and product for heating their homes, cooking, etc. The Company serves as a basic utility for its customers. • Strong Management Team: The Company's management team has a tremendous amount of experience in propane distribution and is focused on providing quality, timely, proactive and responsive customer service. • Reliable Delivery & Service: The Company demonstrates a strong operational strength in providing reliable propane delivery and service, suggesting a well-structured logistics network, optimized delivery routes, and effective supply chain management.
