The Company derives revenue from two operang segments, interior design consulng and furnishing procurement/resell: Interior Design Consulng (60% of Revenue in 2023). The Company works collaboravely with clients to combine aesthec and funconality. Early stages of the consulng service include site planning, budget analysis, surveying, document review, and management interviews. Later stages of the process include implementaon of the themac design, space planning, lighng, millwork, and furnishings. Procurement/Resell (40% of Revenue in 2023). This Company's longstanding excellent relaonships with a global network of vendors indicate that this firm has noteworthy buying power to procure furnishings at a cost significantly less than retail. This Company has a posive history of successful procurement, warehousing, delivery, and installaon of all the items they resell. These items include decorave lighng, architectural & low voltage lighng, furniture, window treatments, signage & graphics, artwork, and accessories. The Company maintains excellent relaonships with naonal developers, construcon managers, regional general contractors, architects, and designers.
