The Company is an industrial metal processor, recycler, broker, and
consultant serving the military, automo ve manufacturing,
construc on, and various other industries throughout the Midwest
US. During 2022, sales were generated from metal brokerage (80%
of revenue); metal processing - separa on, drying, and packaging
(17%); and service fees and consul ng (3%).
The Company serves manufacturing (67% of 2022 sales),
automo ve/transporta on (20%), and home goods (13%) clients
primarily in the Midwest (98%). It is situated on approximately four acres of land with five separate
buildings. The main storage and processing facility is 70,000 square feet, and the other facili es comprise
20,000 square feet of storage areas. The Company is currently staffed by 10 full- me and 5 part- me
employees.
