Restoration work is completed in house, including paint and bodywork, mechanical and electrical, interior trim, and metal fabrication. Revenue is generated from car sales, restoration, and service work. The Company serves classic auto collectors and auto traders, both in the US and Europe. The Company's restoration work on classic cars has garnered numerous recognition and awards over the years. • Experienced, Certified, and Tenured Employee Base — Employee technicians are ASE-A1 certified experts in engine repair. Lead personnel for restoration and paint/body have been with the Company for 5+ years each and, collectively, ownership and personnel have hundreds of years of classic auto experience in British, Italian, German, Japanese, and American sportscar brands. • Comprehensive Facilities — The Company restores every aspect and feature of vintage sports cars to nearly new condition. All work is done on site. Facilities comprise over 15,000 square feet of showroom, service and restoration shops including a new in-house paint shop, parts storage, and offices. Ownership is flexible to sell or lease the property in connection with a sale. • Strong Growth Post Covid — Prior to the pandemic, annual Company revenue was in the $2+ million range. In 2021, revenue began a recovery with 36% growth, as ownership completed restoration work on a show car, the market on car collectively began an uptrend, and the Covid pandemic impacts were mostly in the rearview mirror.
