Projects include modernization/remodel work as well as new construction. Approximately 40% of the work undertaken by the Company is self-performed. The backlog as of March 2025 totaled approximately $61 million in revenue under contract. INVESTMENT APPEAL • Strong Client Relationships: The Company is proud of its strong ties to clients and its reputation for quality work and client service. Evidence of these relationships is shown in the fact that the Company is pre-qualified to work in over five dozen school districts. • Low Employee Turnover: The Company values its staff and their experience, and that treatment is reflected in a low employee turnover rate. Many of the Company's project managers, engineers and superintendents have been with the Company since it was founded. • Superior Name and Reputation: The Company is well known for its expertise on meeting the needs of complex, fast-track projects, as school projects often need to be completed during a three-month time span during the summer months when school isn't in session. • Reviewed Financial Statements: The Company uses financial statements reviewed by an independent accounting firm.
