As a one-stop-shop in its area of care, revenue is derived from clinic visits, surgery, and over-the-counter sales. The Company's top payors are Medicare, United Healthcare, CareOregon Medicare Advantage, Regence, and CareOregon Medicaid. This multi-clinic practice provides a place where patients love to come for excellent care, fosters productive and happy employees, and affords a very profitable and scalable business model with ongoing growth potential. INVESTMENT BANK OF THE YEAR 2016 - 2017 - 2018 INVESTMENT APPEAL • Superior Name and Reputation — The Company offers the highest standard of care in six (expanding to seven in 2025) convenient locations. Since opening seven years ago, the Company has built a superior name and reputation and a wide geographic presence in Oregon. It has grown through a combination of opening facilities and acquiring other providers. • Strong Referral Network — Through the Company's work with local clinicians and clinics to obtain referrals, taking calls at area hospitals, community involvement, and various marketing and advertising initiatives, management has built and continues to develop strong referral relationships. • Minimally Invasive Surgery — The Company is one of the only practices to perform true minimally invasive surgery (minimal incisions, no hardware, no scarring, and no general anesthesia). • Facilities and Equipment — The Company's offices are equipped with the latest technology and new machines (including mini C-arms, lasers, drills, red light, ShockWave, ultrasound, and x-rays) that provide elevated care for patients and incremental revenue for the practice. All six locations are leased from third parties and range in size from 1,200 to 2,800 square feet. • Profitable Growth — Revenue grew at a 111.4% CAGR between 2022 and 2024, with 17.2% growth expected in 2025. Through organic expansion and acquisition, as well as economies of scale and a highly profitable business model, the Company attained a 35.0% EBITDA margin in 2024 with 35.7% forecast for 2025.
