The Company has developed a proprietary soware suite, including a learning management system (LMS), that allows for the development and disseminaon of custom and off‐the‐shelf training programs that are designed to fit the needs of their clients. These lesson plans are created using a logic engine that is designed to simulate real people based on the pre‐set learning experiences. This technology has allowed the Company to develop over 25 custom simulaons and 30 licensed products for sale. The Company's licensed soware products are used by mulple agencies of the Federal Government and many corporaons in the United States, Canada and Europe. These products allow organizaons to implement virtual e‐learning programs that provide the highest level of realisc training to their employees and students. The Company maintains a database of approximately 13,000 individual learners and 40+ organizaon‐level accounts with a 75% rate of repeat business being split between new custom training programs and license renewals/upgrades.
