The Company provides catering services for rentals, weddings, and corporate events; and handles menu design, rentals, staffing, floral design, and contacng other vendors for its clients. The Company also operates and serves their clients from a variety of popular and well-known event venues located throughout the area. These customers are price inelasc compared to most other customer demographics, allowing the company to raise prices when necessary without impacng business. The Company has increased prices 16% to adjust for increased Cost of Goods Sold in the past year so that it maintains its profit margins. High Profitability Raos: The Company's 2021 ROE was 32.7%, higher than the industry average of 14.9%. Its 2021 ROA was 30.2%, higher than the industry average of 2.7%. High operang raos compared to its compeon indicate that the Company is able to generate profit more efficiently than its industry competors. Modest Ongoing Capital Investment Requirements: Aer the potenal expansion to add another clubhouse, Management does not expect a significant investment in capital assets to be required over the pro forma period.
