The Company enjoys a high 85% of sales from repeat business from its large and loyal customer base of approximately 2,800 accounts. It has been in continuous operation for over 60 years and has built an excellent reputation for dealing honestly and fairly with customers. • Trusted Partner to Thousands of Farmers — The Company is a trusted partner to a recurring customer base of 2,800 accounts. A high level of repeat business is driven by post-sale support for maintenance and technical assistance. • Long-Term Employees — Employee technicians, who have been with the Company for at least 8 years to as long as 35 years, are experts in repairing and maintaining planting and harvesting equipment. According to management, there is a huge under-serviced market for repair services in the region. • Higher-Margin Service Work Increasing — The Company's service revenue increased significantly in 2023, and management expects the same trend to continue over the pro forma period. As a result, gross profit increased to 25.3% of sales (up from 16.5% in 2022) and is expected to continue at the higher level. • Geographically Desirable Location — The Company's 10,000 square-foot office and repair shop, and 15,000 square-foot storage lot, are centrally located between two major cities.
