MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT SALES, INSPECTION, AND SERVICE COMPANY Ontario CAN #67847 BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS Since 1984, the company has been supplying the industry with crane, hoist and material handling service and equipment in South Western Ontario. The Company has built a solid reputaon, providing praccal soluons, good reliable service, and fast response with experienced service technicians that are ready and able to repair the most complicated installaons. Products and Services. Installaons represented the Company's largest service in 2024 (45% of sales). In any given year, installaon and service/repair (32% of 2024 sales) are the Company's primary service offerings, followed by inspecon (20%) and engineering (3%). The Company inspects cranes and hoists, as well as li trucks, scissor lis and other liing equipment. Annual inspecons for liing equipment are mandated by the government, resulng in connuous repeat business. The Company supplies a variety of material handling equipment sales, installaon and related services, including: The Company's inspecon and maintenance services include consulng services to help clients determine the best soluon for their needs, engineering reviews and related analysis and reporng, and safety reviews. The Company is well known for its experse and meeng the needs of complex, fast track installaon projects. Brand‐Name Products. The Company is an authorized dealer of Demag cranes and components and buys these products direct from the manufacturer. The Company also sources Stahl and Columbus McKinnon crane systems direct from the manufacturer. Just‐In‐Time Inventory. Most of the products the Company sells are made to order. The Company maintains a small inventory of parts, but is otherwise unburdened by having cash ed up in a large stock of inventory. Superior Name and Reputaon. The Company enjoys a long‐standing reputaon for supplying quality products and superior customer support. A reflecon of company's reputaon within the region is its approximate 90% rate of repeat customers. Strong Client Relaonships. The Company is proud of its strong es to clients and its reputaon for quality work and client service. Evidence of these relaonships is shown in the 90% rate of repeat business. The top five clients have been working with the Company from a minimum of 9 years to a high of 29 years. Management Will Remain through Transion. The officer is willing to remain through the transion period, and would entertain remaining with new management for a longer period of me on a consultancy basis. Strong Management Team. The management team has a tremendous amount of industry experience. Recurring Revenue Stream. The Company currently has several contracts with its clients for mechanical work that generates approximately $60,000/ per month.
