The Company differen ates itself from compe tors by several key factors including advanced technology, efficiency, superior customer-centric and transparent service, cer fica ons, and compliance. The Company primarily performs water/sewage- related water cleanup work and rarely does mold work, as it usually is not covered by insurance. Nearly all (99%) work is done pursuant to insurance coverage. The Company serves homeowners (98%) and property management companies. Most work is done on single-family homes that have insurance policy coverage. INVESTMENT APPEAL • Strong Historical Sales and Earnings Growth: Revenue grew at a 90% CAGR while earnings as measured by EBITDA also grew at a 90% CAGR between 2022 and 2024. EBITDA margins averaged 55% of revenue over this period. • Growing Brand Awareness through Online Presence: The Company has invested significantly in adver sing and marke ng (especially online/digital) to quickly grow its brand awareness and customer base.
