With a focus on innova on, sustainability, and high-quality equipment, the Company serves municipali es, industrial, and commercial clients by delivering efficient, easy-to-maintain systems. The water treatment systems contain technology that allow them to be monitored from HQ. These product sales consistently generate 35% to 50% margins . The Company has a client base composed of 300+ ac ve accounts located in North America (36% of 2024 revenue), La n America (40%), and the Caribbean (24%), with more than 75% of the Company's total sales from 2022 to interim 2025 coming from repeat customers that made purchases in more than one year throughout 2022 to interim 2025 (repeat customers). In addi on, the technology included in the systems allows the Company to monitor and provide a quick fix for any issues. • Strong Repeat Customer Base and Interna onal Reach: More than 75% of sales have come from repeat customer in the last three years, with approximately 64% sales being derived from interna onal clients, with strong rela onships in La n America and the Caribbean. There is great opportunity for domes c growth, and the Company has realized consistent growth in the local geographic market. • Strong Historical Sales and Earnings Growth: Sales in 2023 and 2024 grew 25.4% and 51.2%, respec vely. As the Company has grown, so has its EBITDA margins that have reached 19.6% in 2024 and are expected remain consistent going forward as the Company has increased engineering efficiencies.
