The Company's goal is to provide government agency professionals with tough, field-proven equipment that increases safety and simplifies the officers' work. The Company primarily serves the law enforcement market (96%) as well as military/US Government and others (4%). While compe on for the types of products and systems that the Company produces is limited due to a niche market, the Company has an excellent reputa on for "best in class" Bluetooth communica on systems and is known for innova on and quality. • Strong Client Rela onships: The Company has many strong and longstanding customer rela onships including law enforcement and US military/federal agencies, as well as a high rate of repeat business and strong word of mouth referrals. • Na onal Reach: The Company serves customers in every state across the US. • Interna onal Reach: The Company has a small customer presence in Canada and has numerous opportuni es for global expansion to meet demand, given capacity and other resources. • Strong and Growing Earnings, Highly Profitable Niche Business: Earnings as measured by EBITDA grew at a 60% CAGR between 2022 and 2024, with EBITDA margins growing from 14% to 24% of revenue over that period, and 24%+ EBITDA margins expected to con nue in the base and future years.
