The Company is known for its high-end bathroom and kitchen decora ve plumbing fixtures and related hardware, great brands, technical knowledge, and superior customer service from idea concep on to delivery. • Strong Supplier Rela onships, Brand-Name Products: The Company's diversified supplier base provides it a reliable source of premier products that are in demand from the Company's client base. • Strong Client Rela onships: The Company has many strong and longstanding customer rela onships (from homeowners to designers, plumbers, and contractors) as well as a high rate of repeat, referral, and word-of-mouth business. • Diversified Customer Base: No single customer accounted for more than 2% of revenue during the historical period. The diversified customer base helps ensure that the Company will not be significantly impacted by the loss of a single account. • Strong Net Working Capital: The Company's current ra o was 2.1 at December 31, 2024.
