The Company installs and services Security Management Solu ons ranging from intrusion systems to Sophis cated Access Control and Video Management Systems for a range of commercial, governmental, and ins tu onal clients. Systems range from small business systems to large security management pla orms for the protec on of personnel and property. The Company provides full design and installa on services for all the systems it supports as well as maintenance contracts. INVESTMENT APPEAL • Tenured Employees; Sales and Management Team: The Company has an experienced and tenured employee base and has sales and management personnel, in the office and in the field, who support the owners in daily ac vi es, lessening ownership dependence. • Strong Supplier Rela onships, Brand-Name Products: The Company has rela onships with many leading manufacturers and vendors in its market, providing a varietal and reliable source of the latest products and technology in security systems, technical support, compe ve pricing, favorable terms, and even customer referrals. • Diversified Customer Industries: The Company is not concentrated on serving any one market, insula ng it from any one industry's cyclicality. The Company's customer base includes businesses (51%), hospitals and medical offices (27%), property management companies and HOAs (12%), military bases (4%), local municipali es (4%), and schools (2%). • Strong Client Rela onships: The Company has many strong and longstanding customer rela onships which provide an ongoing source of business and also word of mouth referrals for new customers. • Recurring Revenue Stream: Recurring revenue from maintenance agreements generated 6% of revenue in 2024.
