The Company sells feed and farm supplies, including chemicals, horse feed, fer lizer, crop seed, and shavings at its retail loca on, and offers fer lizer and custom applica on to local farm customers (73% of 2019 revenue). It operates a retail loca on where products such as clothing, pet and bird feed, and other supplies are sold (27%). The Company serves approximately 330 customers in its geographic market, and has developed a dominant posi on with horse farms in the area. It is a one-stop shop for its farm customers, providing an unmatched, diverse product mix with regular deliveries and routes. The Company operates out of a 7,400-square foot facility used for retail/showroom and warehouse space (770 and 6,630 square feet, respec vely).
