Since the 1960s, this Company has manufactured fiberglass reinforced plastic basins for the pump industry. Today, the Company is well-established as a custom manufacturer of fiberglass products for customers' unique needs, whether special sizes, shapes, or applications. It provides specialty resins for most corrosion and high temperature applications. In 2019, revenue was generated from standard products (70% of sales), custom products (25%), and service (5%). The Company differentiates itself amongst limited competition on services provided (including customization), superior quality, and fast delivery. Company Strengths • Superior Name and Reputation: Since its inception, the Company has enjoyed a long-standing reputation for its focus on providing high-quality products and services to customers. • Loyal and reputed customer base: The Company has many long-standing customers and a high rate of repeat business. Shipping costs for plumbing and custom work limits the geographic market to primarily a four-state area in the Midwest. In addition to using several outside (non-employee) sales agents, inside sales are handled by one of the owners and the Company's office staff. It has an informative website and is listed in the Thomas Register, but sales are primarily the result of repeat business and word of mouth. The Company is registered as an S-Corporation.
