With offices in four states, the Company is in close proximity to its customer base which enables it to provide timely and hands-on service. Investment Considerations: Superior Name and Reputation: The Company has an excellent reputation for its focus as a specialty product and service provider, and is well-known for offering reliable expertise, and providing superior product and customer support. Prestigious Customer Base: The Company's established, blue-chip customers include the "A" list of OEMs/dealers, major construction and mining companies, and other end-user customers. Diversified Customer Markets: The Company sells its products and services to a variety of end-markets including heavy construction, mining, manufacturing, forestry and agriculture, transportation, and industrial markets. Strong Historical Growth: The Company has grown nearly every year of its history and achieved a 16.2% CAGR in the trailing two-year period 2018-2019. Although some slowness was caused due to the COVID-19 pandemic, revenue is still expected to increase by approximately 3% in 2020. Recurring Revenue Stream: Over the last several years the Company has built a base of recurring-revenue customers in both dealer and end user segments that rely on the Company for new equipment outfitting, retrofits, and service.
