Post COVID-19 strength is that the Company had no clusters of cases or deaths around its area as they are in an excellent location, with 94% of facilities without clusters and over 99.5% of residents surviving. Revenue is generated from memory care and assisted living, with skilled services provided through the end of life, allowing this to be the residents' last home and thus minimizing resident churn. In addition to standard services such as 24-hour staffing, meals and housekeeping, the Company has carved out a niche' contracting Medicare and private pay services from in- house physicians, therapists (physical, occupational and speech), skilled nursing, home health and hospice, beauticians, laboratory and on-site x-ray services, and much more to ensure the residents receive maximum in-house care.
