The Company is a top-quality dealer of ultrasound equipment and solu ons. It currently represents two ultrasound brands, which accounted for 70% and 10% of 2019 revenue, respec vely. In addi on to the sale of the equipment, the Company provides parts, probes, and maintenance contracts, service on a me and material basis, and onsite applica ons training for all system purchases. These services accounted for 20% of revenue in 2019. The Company sells its systems to private clinics (75% of 2019 revenue) and hospitals (10%). It offers its services (15%) to all customers who have purchased its products. The Company has 200 ac ve clients, and because most of the customers do not have the same needs from year-to-year, the revenue mix from the Company's top customers varies, as well.
