The Company operates as a greenhouse and wholesale commercial grower, producing spring crops (86% of 2020 sales), seasonal poinse as (9%), as well as fall mums (5%). The products are grown on a contract basis for a qualified industry- specific customer base. Its comprehensive equipment as well as infrastructure capabili es support cost efficiencies, opera onal consistencies, and quality control, thus providing clients with superior value and product quality. The Company targets box store and garden center suppliers (90% of 2020 sales), florist and small independent store suppliers (10%). Opera ons are run and operated with a clean footprint across a 12- acre parcel where the Company u lizes numerous greenhouses (222,000 square feet) and warehouses (9,800).
