Products include all thread rods, all thread studs, anchor bolts, bars, eyebolts, J-bolts, nuts, U-Bolts, and specialty parts. The Primary Materials used are low carbon and stainless steel. The Company holds a portfolio of intellectual property made up of a custom CRM system and custom quoting software application which will be transformative to the Company's sales process, driving revenue and profitability. The company resides in a defendable niche market—one of one in the region where freight means most everything. The Company currently operates at 60% capacity allowing for significant increases in production without additional cap-ex, and has superior industry reputation, strong customer and supplier relationships, 43 year regional name recognition, comprehensive equipment capabilities, and a strong management team that has built a set of core values into the Company's DNA. The customized software allows for quote forms to be created instantly at the point of sale, effectively making the Company's distributor clients an outside sales force. Knowledge Transfer Complete: The Company has worked diligently to perform a total knowledge transfer from ownership to the manufacturing floor resulting in low owner dependency and a very sellable Company. Rising Gross Profit Trend: Throughout the historical period, gross profit increased from 19.8% of sales in 2021 to 30.1% of sales by the end of 2024. The Company has been able to efficiently control its cost of sales after high growth, demonstrating its ability to maximize profitability potential. Decreasing Operating Expenses: Operating expenses have been trending lower, decreasing as a percent of sales from 19.2% in FY 2024 to 17.6% in FY 2025. Effective management of operating expenses led to greater profitability over the historical period. Base Year Earnings: The Company's EBITDA, a key indicator of financial performance, is projected to grow to $2,255,000, 13.0% of sales in Fiscal Year 2026. Improving earnings margins comes as a result of efficiencies seen in the interim period for cost of sales.
