The Company provides design, sales, and installa on of entertainment, smart home, security, surveillance, networking, energy management, home automa on, as well as other custom electronics systems. It also offers security monitoring, network management, and comprehensive maintenance support services. During 2020, revenue was generated from audio and video systems (31% of sales), labor fees (30%), ligh ng systems (13%), control systems (8%), installa on components (8%), networking (6%), security systems (3%), and surveillance systems (1%). The Company targets residen al (40% of 2020 revenue), commercial (40%), and hospitality (20%) market segments. It maintains a database of over 640 customers (150 ac ve), and over 40% of revenue comes from recurring ac ve customer projects. The Company currently operates from two strategic loca ons: 1) a 10,000-square foot headquarters facility u lized for office, design, showroom, and warehouse purposes, and 2) an 800-square foot showroom.
