The Company is a beef livestock opera on specializing in Wagyu ca le. Throughout its history, it has grown to boast one of the largest herds of registered Wagyu in the US to date. The Company offers elite breeding gene cs, produc on ca le, females ready to breed, open heifers, Angus bred to Wagyu, herd sire prospects, fat steers, and feeder calves, as well as custom ca le feeding and feed sales. During 2020, revenue was derived from beef produc on (62% of sales), gene cs and breeding stock (14%), custom ca le feeding and feed/crop sales (10%) and other (14%). The Company serves meet packing (80% of 2020 sales), Wagyu breeding (19%), and Wagyu supplier (1%) markets na onwide. It operates from a 345-acre feed lot and ca le produc on facility including an office, shop, feed storage, and employee ca le housing, as well as a separate 1,100-acre feed lot and ca le produc on facility. The current facili es are adequate for expansion in the near-term and all real estate holdings are available for purchase along with the Company.
