The Company provides trucking services and specializes in the transporta on of feed ingredients. Its strong reputa on has helped establish strong es to approximately 45 ac ve accounts in the material and feed markets in the Midwest and Eastern US. Short-hauls (75% of total revenue) include daily trips within a 300-mile radius from its headquarters, and generate approximately $4,500 to $5,500 per truck per week. Long- hauls (25%) include 2,500- to 3,000-mile weekly trips, and are priced between $5,000 and $6,000 per truck per week. The Company operates from a 12,000-square foot truck shop facility that includes an office. The facility sits on seven acres and has the ability to hold a significant number of trucks with the ability to plug them in outside. It is currently staffed by 80 full- me and 20 part- me employees.
